Molchan Marine Sciences provided expertise and consulting services regarding multi-service roles in sea basing supporting the Department of Defense goal to develop a joint expeditionary force that is capable of power projection and sea basing of joint forces. Described sea basing as core elements in order to provide force projection for both sea bases and future expeditionary warfare assets.
