Molchan Marine Sciences provided consulting services to VideoRay regarding integrating real world port security threats and Concept of Operations of the USCG Marine Safety and Security Teams (MSST) with the VideoRay ROV beginner training. Worked directly with MSST 91101 (Seattle, Wa.) and 91105 ( Alameda, Ca.) integrating new technologies and positioning systems with the VideoRay ROV.
